You must select another port or hostname. The following is the command: STSADM.EXE -o extendvs -url http://dms01 -ownerlogin group\dms -owneremail dms@xxx.com -exclusivelyusentlm -databaseserver jagrb -databasename WSS_Content -apcreatenew -apidname DMS -apidtype configurableid -apidlogin group\dms -apidpwd xxxx So far, all my efforts to Attach the site collection data from the content databases have failed.
