Hi ,
You should be able to find them here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\100\SDK\Assemblies.MSBI Developer

you have to add for using Microsoft.SqlServer.DTSPipelineWrap,Microsoft.SqlServer.DTSRuntimeWrap,Microsoft.Sqlserver.ManagedDts,Microsoft.SqlServer.PipelineHost
Microsoft.SqlServer.ManagedDTS for using ssis.

Try using the browse tab rather than the .Net tab of the add reference dialog.
