Yes, there is.

Procedures to configure mandatory profile on Windows Server 2012 for Remote Desktop Services are almost identical with procedures performed on lower Operating Systems.

We can configure profile settings via group policy Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Profiles.

Firstly, enable this policy setting Use mandatory profiles on the RD Session Host Server, which specifies that Remote Desktop Services uses a mandatory profile for all users connecting remotely to the RD Session Host Server.

After that, we also need to configure profile path through policy setting Set path for Remote Desktop Services Roaming User Profile.
