Hi, I have alerts notifications set to a sharepoint document library. Daily i will get alteast 100-150 notifications from that sharepoint document library. I would like to route all those Sharepoint alert notifications getting in my Outlook to another sharepoint document library(calling as Archived document library). Any idea? Thanks.Munna

First, you need to enable Incoming mails for the Archived document library, then you got an Email address for the library. last, set up a rule in your Outlook to forward / redirect these mails to the Archived document library. Actually there are important alerts i would like to keep for my history. And also i would like to delete after few months from the archive document library. Thank you for suggestion.Munna
