I am using FIM 2010 to enroll smart cards, and everything works fine. I have the security team initiating and doing the enrolling of smart cards on behalf of users. My manager asked me that we wanteach request for enrollment to be passed by him for approval. So i give him CLM Audit permission on the SCP so we can log to the FIM management portal , and i configured the (enroll poliyc) on the profile template to require one approval and i add my manager in the (approvals). Now my manager can log to the FIM management portal and can see the pending request , but he cannot do approvals ( there is no button for that) Any ideas?ammarhasayen
