sorry, but I'm new with EMET.

I've configured all by GPO.
But adding new application (flashplayer) by GPO will not displayed in client-GUI.

Is it right?

Yes, that is a current limitation of the GUI that the EMET team is looking to add in the next version of EMET.  In the mean time, you can open cmd.exe as administrator, and run "c:\Program Files (x86)\EMET 5.2\EMET_Conf.exe" --list

This will give a list of the items configured locally followed by those configured in group policy.
