Application compatibility in Windows 8.1 is incorrect, because the version that is installed is(x86) and 32-bit versions

How can I get my Windows 8.1 64-bit reinstalled to the correct version, it's suppose to be, anyone maybe could give an old man

a little help? On this issue, I do not believe I can tackle this task on my own. I sure need to get something done, because it sure

doesn't perform right, drivers, aren't correct, and nothing else is what it's suppose to be, really hard to use.

                                                                                                                         Thanks, just the same

Hi,

Wed like to provide help but some required information are needed for us to help you, first if you are using a laptop/computer with preinstalled Windows system from Manufacturer, you need to contact with manufacturer for recovery. Because a retail version might cause activation problem. After making sure your Windows has been activated successfully, you need install all drivers for your devices. If you has machine model please provide to us, I will try to find right driver for you. According to your description, sounds like you installed wrong architecture driver program. windows has 2 kinds of architecture (32 bit x86 and 64 bit x64), if you has 64 bit system installed, you need download 64 bit driver program for device.
