Application Deplyment failed -- The software change returned error code 0x87D00607

Hi, I'm troubleshooting my first "Application" Deployment in SCCM 2012 and when I run the job from the Application Catalog on my technician computer, it keeps failing with the error code 0x87D00607. I have researched this site and looked at CAS.log and LocationServices.log and don't see anything that really stands out. In CAS.log, there is a line that says:

<![LOG[The number of discovered DPs(including Branch DP and Multicast) is 0]LOG]!><time="09:20:38.571+300" date="11-29-2012" component="ContentAccess" context="" type="1" thread="3548" file="lsutils.cpp:843">

Is this relevant? Shouldn't there be at least 1 DP? When I created the application, I chose a deployment group.

In CITTaskMgr.log it shows:

How do your boundary / groups look like? Have you associated a DP with that group?

You're a genius! I went into boundary groups, selected my boundary group and chose properties. And under the References tab, I picked my site system server and checked the box for "use this boundary group for site assignment".

Installed my application and it worked! Thanks a ton!

"Use this boundary group for site assignment" was not needed to solve this issue. Adding the DP solved it.

I added a Boundary to the Boundary Group and bounced the SMS Agent Host on the client and the Location Services.log on the client still shows:

The number of discovered DPs(including Branch DP and Multicast) is 0

I added a IP range Boundary such as 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254

How long does it take for the client to pick up the new Boundary in the Boundary Group?

Thanks

How long does it take for the client to pick up the new Boundary in the Boundary Group? - It shouldn't take much time at all. Just associate the DP to the boundary group.
