Apple Push Notification Request

Hi,

We have successfully configured Config Mgr 2012 R2 with Intune. We are able to enroll Windows 8.1 and Windows RT Devices. Now we would like to enroll iOS Devices. The issue is that I'm not able to initialize a Apple Push Notification Request.

  1. Start the APN Request in the console > OK
  2. Browse for the .CSR file > OK
  3. Push on the "Download" button on the "Request Apple Push Notification Service Certificate Signing Request" message box > OK
  4. Login with the Intune Admin Account > OK

After a few seconds I get a windows error message:
Titel: Configuration Manager
Text: This operation can not be completed at this time

Any suggestions?

Best regards,
Daniel

have you checked the SmsAdminUI.log? Maybe there could be a more specific error message.

Does the machine and the user where the console is running can Access to the Internet on port 80? (according to: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh427328.aspx#BKMK_CommunicationPorts)

Carrying out this operation with server browsers can give problems. I recommend doing this using a ConfigMgr console installed on a desktop PC.

Have you already tried what Niall and Gerry suggested?

Yes, What Niall provided was just a standard process, nothing specific to this error.

Have tried Gerry's suggestion but no change.

Please HELP!
