I've two SCVMM 2012 R2 server on the network and one App Controller 2012 R2.

I can manage my Azure VMs no problem on the App Controller but I cannot manage the two SCVMM.

I've the same error on the servers:

Category: Warning
Message: Retrieved data is incomplete.
Details: Category: Critical
Message: ForbiddenError
Description: The server failed to authenticate the request. Verify that the certificate is valid and is associated with this subscription.
Details: Category: Critical
Message: System.Net.WebException
Description: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.Web error status: UnknownError
Web response description: Forbidden - ForbiddenError
Web response status code: Forbidden

That error makes me think that App Controller can't access an Azure subscription. Do you have multiple Azure subscriptions that you've added to App Controller?

Errors accessing VMM servers typically come back with a "StatusCode" entry in the error message.

On the Overview page in App Controller, under the Private Clouds heading on the left, what do you see?

You should see:

2 Virtual Machine Manager servers

X Virtual Machine Manager clouds

Where X is a number other than 0. If you are seeing 0, then App Controller won't be showing any of your VMM VMs as it can only show VMs that are running in a cloud. You will need to create a cloud in the VMM console and add the VMs to the cloud before they can be managed within App Controller.

  Yes, we have a multiple Azure subscription. 

  On the Overview page in the App Controller, I have two virtual machine manager server and two Virtual Machine Manager clouds. I think you're right, that error is due to an Azure subscription
