I am using SCVMM 2012 SP1 and SCAC 2012 SP1. Whenever my users try to log into App Controller they get the following message ("The Virtual Machine Manager management server could not validate user DOMAIN\USERNAME") when trying to access private clouds from the SCVMM 2012 server.

Does App Controller have additional information in the error message? (You can use the Copy to Clipboard link to copy the full error text).

Are your users able to use the VMM console to connect to VMM? (You can have one of them attempt to login to the VMM console on a computer that you use to administer VMM).
