AppV 5.0 Error 0x9B50172A-0x3

Good moring,

i received the Error "The Application failed to launch. This may be due to a network failure." (Error Code = 0x9B50172A-0x3) when I'm starting an AppV Application.

This Error occurs in all Applications and on several PCs with the same User Account. Another User didn't received this Error on the same PC.

Clearing the user Profile didn't solve the Problem.

I hope you would help me.
