AppFabric CU does not install on Server 2012 R2

Hi,

I am trying to install SP2013 SP1 on Windows Server 2012 R2. However, the CU for AppFabric does not install. Looking at the logs, I see the error:

Would anyone know how to fix this?

Did AppFabric successfully install at all (not the CU, but the base application)?

Which CU are you trying to install? CU5 is the latest: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2932678?wa=wsignin1.0
