I had installed VMM and app controller on a Windows 2012 DC and all was working just fine.

I wanted to change server that holds vmm so I deleted and installed into a Windows 2012 VM alongside with appcontroller.

Now the problem is that users does not have access in their vm inside app controller.

It get a message no access to private clouds.

If I try to log in in vmm with user accountI am able to see the cloud bu nothing in appcontrooler

It seems to be solved by logging on App Controller with administrator account and create a connection with VMM server.

After this all VM appear on all accounts.

Any thoughts why is it happening?

I think you have deleted the VMM server. thus the SSU(the one you used to login App Controller) you created in VMM is removed. So you could not see the VMs in previous VMM server

You have logged into your new VMM server, and add a new connection to the new VMM server. so the vms in your new vmm server show up.
