Using AppController 2012 SP1 UR2 and have introduced a share as well as a private cloud folder for the tenant user role (i.e. not a read-only private cloud library share) . I receive the following message when attempting to copy files from the share to the private cloud tenant user folder.  I ensured that the AppController server and the VMM server have write access to the target share of the Private Cloud user folder.  I also imported the certificates of the Library server (file server cluster role, so the certs of all the cluster servers) but still can't get past this issue.  Trace results included below as well.
