A custom filter or module, such as URLScan, restricts access to the file.

Hello Hua Min,
Since SQL Server 2008 SSRS don't utilize IIS, it has it's own HTTP.SYS, therefore you shouldn't get an error message from IIS. For me it seems you haven't installed SSRS (correctly).
Please check in Windows Service Manager (services.msc) if the service "SQL Server Reporting Services (InstanceName)" is running and check with start menu entry "Microsoft SQL Server 2012" => "Configuration Tools" => "Reporting Service Configuration
Manager" if you can connect to SSRS and everything is setup well.Olaf Helper

Hello Hua Min,
From some other post of you I remind you uses a named SQL Server instance "SS2012", right? Is this the SSRS of the named instance? If so you have to add the name of the instance to the URL for Report Manager, like:

In "Reporting Services Configuration Manager" on tab "Report Manager URL" there is a link to the RM side; have you clicked on it.
I wonder about the report IP port 443, because http goes over 80 and https over 8080.Olaf Helper

Hi HuaMin,
From your description, you have configured the Reporting Services to use HTTP SSL connections to a report server. In this condition, we must modify the hostname in the report server URL to a fully qualified domain name of the server. For example,
the two URLs below use the HTTP connection and HTTPS connection respectively:
http://win-bvdic8giahi:80/reports_2012
http://win-bvdic8giahi.AdventureWorks.com:443/reports_2012
So, please make sure you have configured the HTTPS URLs in the Reporting Services Configuration Manager. For more information, please see:
URLs in Configuration FilesConfigure SSL Connections on a Native Mode Report Server
If the SSL connections have been configured properly and the issue persits, please try to edit the RSReportServer.config manually to set the UrlRoot to the fully qualified report server URL (not report manager URL).
The RSReportServer.config file is located at the <drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS11.<instance name>\Reporting Services\ReportServer folder. Please make sure to back up the config file before modifying it.
Hope this helps.

Mike Yin
