Any way to get a 2013 LIST back to 2010

I have a 2013 SharePoint List that we really need to get built quickly into 2010, is there anyway to save as a template a

but none of the formatting for choice fields etc would come across

Hi Matt,

As Scott's suggestion, we can Export the SharePoint 2013 List to a Excel and then create list from the excel in SharePoint 2010 site.

If the list contains the choice field, we can change the field type using SharePoint UI.

Go to List Settings, find the choice column then change it.
