Another failed-creation-via-web-services
Hi,
Everything was working fine on our FIM 2010 Update 1 environment - we cleaned up the CS to do one final test and on the FIM MA Export we now get the following error:
Fault Reason: The endpoint could not dispatch the request.

We have reviewed the following posts - but none of these methods resolve the issue:
Failed-creation-via-web-services
importing AD groups in ILM failed-creation-via-web-services

Any ideas? Thanks

I've the same error using powershell not fimMA and event viewer say:
Requestor: urn:uuid:xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
System.ServiceModel: System.ServiceModel.MessageHeaderException: There is not a header with name SynchronizationSequenceIdentifier and namespace http://schemas.microsoft.com/2006/11/ResourceManagement in the message.

at Microsoft.ResourceManagement.WebServices.ResourceManagementService.GetSynchronizationSequenceIdentifierFromSoapHeader(Message request)
at Microsoft.ResourceManagement.WebServices.ResourceManagementService.Put(Message request
I was using a wrong account I think, so I use an account which can do the same operation on portal, try to execute powershell with this account and error disappear.
Regards.
Luka.
