How can I quickly find the following with no custom coding? Number of documents in a SharePoint Applications? Number of lists & libraries?

There are few enum commands available in stsadm http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263384(office.12).aspx but non to provides count of lists/libraries/documents.
