Analysis Services Processing Task
Can anyone help me with setting up an expression for the ProcessingCommands option within a Analysis Services Processing Task? Below is my attempt however I get an error telling me the expression can not be parsed. "<Batch xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/analysisservices/2003/engine"> <Process xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"> <Object> <DatabaseID>BAI Consumer Cube</DatabaseID> <CubeID>BAI Marketing 1</CubeID> </Object> <Type>ProcessFull</Type> <WriteBackTableCreation>UseExisting</WriteBackTableCreation> </Process> </Batch>"

I believe that you are more likely to get an answer in the Analysis Services group: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/sqlanalysisservices/threads Russel Loski, MCT

SSMS provides the script for any task it is capable of doing, including processing SSAS objects. To acquire the correct script for processing, right click on that object in SSMS and select Process. On top-middle side of the opened window, you'll see a drop-down button named SCRIPT. Click this button and select "script action to new query window". You will get the actual XMLA script there. http://thebipalace.wordpress.com/
