Hi,When I open Sharepoint Central Administration Page through Start Menu > Microsoft Office Server > Sharepoint 3.0 Central Administration.I am getting an error like An unexpected error occured.When I click on Go back to site link above the error message then it opens the Central Adminsitration Page.I would like to know why the central administration page is not directly opening, why always it is redirecting to the error page, is there anything wrong in my sharepoint setup.Any ideas?Reply's always appreciatedThanks and RegardsG Vijai Kumar

I would check the URL that you have when the site opens and compare it to the one under that Start Menu. If the CA is opening fine and you can navigate I would suspect a bad link.
