Would like to know the offer you have subscribed for. Is this a free trial or Pay-As-You-Go account or any other offer, please specify the offer type.
If you've received an email from Azure about your account created or accepted, then you should be good to go. I see that you're using a preview portal
https://portal.azure.com/, could you please try the (Classic Portal) <cite>https://manage.windowsazure.com and also try with different browser or Inprivate
browsing.</cite>
Since you're using a preview portal, there might be possibilities that the new Azure account is not showing up or it could be a bug.
