Hi,

Although I have an Azure subsciption, https://portal.azure.com/?r=1#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade keeps telling me I have no subscription. Why is this ? I received an Email my subscription is accepted, but still the application at

https://portal.azure.com/?r=1#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade does not recognize it.

Please resolve this problem asap.

Hi Manu,

Thanks for posting your query here!

Would like to know the offer you have subscribed for. Is this a free trial or Pay-As-You-Go account or any other offer, please specify the offer type.

If you've received an email from Azure about your account created or accepted, then you should be good to go. I see that you're using a preview portal https://portal.azure.com/, could you please try the (Classic Portal) https://manage.windowsazure.com and also try with different browser or Inprivate browsing.

Since you're using a preview portal, there might be possibilities that the new Azure account is not showing up or it could be a bug.

Let us know if you've any challenges.

Best Regards

Sadiqh Ahmed

Hi Sadiqh,

In fact I'm trying to open a support ticket for my problem at

https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/839f035a-c8e0-4a6d-a4d5-d483259c8201/installation-hortonworks-and-hd-insight-emulator-failed-what-to-do-?forum=bingmaps

https://manage.windowsazure.com does not give acces to support if I'm not wrong.

I don't understand what you mean by "different browser or Inprivate browsing" . Do I need to use a none-MS browser ? seems a bit strange...

Anyway, if you see a possibility to open the support ticket, I'll be glad to hear from you.

I have a free trial subscription.

Best Regards,

Manu
