Alternate Empty PDF pages
Hi, While exporting to PDF format, the resulting PDF document has an empty page between every two pages. Any idea how to avoid this? Thanks, Raj

Raj, What I understand from the above is, you are trying to export a PDF doc from you SSRS report. I had the similar issue in one of my assignments. The reason behind the blank pages is one of your reports items(table/matrix/rectangle/chart) is exceeding the page size at run time. One of the pre-requisites to have a PDF export is to set your page width and height say, A4 size paper(around 11' height and 9' width) including margins at design time. If any of your report items at run time exceeds this width then you would get blank pages. To avoid this, set your page size in the properties per A4 size and make sure the dynamic data displayed in the report items fit into it. Just for a trial remove the longest table from your report and then export, you might get the correct export without blank pages. Hope it helps! Raj, Check the design surface of your report. If the "white space" exceeds the width of your targeted page size, you will get a blank page. Regards.Regards, Steve If this post answers your question, please mark it as an Answer.

Dinesh and Steve, Border settings from "Report properties" the menu bar didnt help. White spaces were trimmed appropriately. I'm tyring to put it inside a rectangle or a list box. Will let you know. Thanks, Raj

Install CutePDF Writer. When previewing the report, use the Printer icon in preview toolbar beside export button to print to PDF Writer. Enjoy!ManMis
