Hi,

So we updated our little netgear wireless receiver box, and ever since then we've been having a problem.  Our window goes off-task for around half a second, every 5 seconds.  When we pressed CTRL + C, this is what we found:

Wifi Service

[Main Instruction]
Wifi Service has stopped working

[Content]
Windows is checking for a solution to the problem...

[Cancel]

This has been very annoying especially when I'm trying to type or game in full-screen mode.  We've looked over the internet for solutions, but havent been able to find any that work.  Also, when we looked over the Task Manager, every 5 seconds two little icons will pop up.  The first one: "Wifi Service".  And the second: Windows Problem Reporting.  

We have Windows 8.1 by the way, and this has been happening for at least 4 days.
