All universal app include Cortana cannot access Internet

System: Windows 10 Enterprise (AppsDiagnostic.diagcab Don't Work!)

Current situation:

Cortana, Edge and Store App cannot get online.

But Edge can access local address by IP.

Externel access will result to dnserror.html immediately.

Other Program such as Chrome, Firefox, Telegram works properly.

Tried solution:

1. EnableLoopback

2. netsh winsock reset

3. netsh winhttp reset proxy

4. http://forums.windowscentral.com/windows-10/374140-windows-10-cant-connect-internet-while-certain-apps-can-found-solution-all.html

5. DISM /ScanHealth

None of them works.

Currently Installed program in suspect:

Proxifier

Lantern
