All Management servers pool unavailable
Dears,
I have a problem with SCOM 2012.
I got error all management servers pool unavailable.
while the state of the management server is up
in the operation manager logs i can see this information
The availability of one or more members of the pool has changed. The ownership for all managed objects assigned to the pool will be redistributed between available pool members.

OpsMgr has received confirmation for management group MOL-MG from the Configuration Service that our existing configuration is up-to-date. The current state cookie is "dfda8b4224234a3ffa07bd770f79e025,7647bd8977f4482094e258527408955f:0004B4E1"

I restarted the Management service and deleted the healthstate logs with no success
I have only one server for the SQL and the MS and it's 20 GB RAM

Do you have enough space on the Operatins database?
Do you see any error in the Operations Manager eventlog?Regards, Mazen Ahmed

Yes, I have more than 50% in the operation database and in the DW
the eventlog is the one i wrote above, and there are errors cannot reach network device (for all network devices) because the MG is unavailable.

it may took about more than 3 hours to be available, and it happens most of the time, but sometimes it becomes available.
any idea ?
