I have a Task List and want to send an Alert to every user in the Assigned To. One Alert must read the Assinged To and send when a Task is created. Here's the catch. This one Alert must apply to the entire Task List although the Assigned To will contain various and different users. For example...Task #1 needs to send an Alert to user A, B & C. Task #2 needs to send an Alert to user A, B, M & S. Is it possible to create just one Alert so that when any Task is created, it will read the Assigned To and e-mail everyone? I don't want one Alert for every single task, way too time consuming. Thanks!
