Alert notification issue
Hi All,
I have installed SCOM 2012 new infra in our production environment. For last two days i have noticed that SCOM 2012 did not send emails for some time even there are so many active critical alerts in console. i have excluded the MonitoringHost.exe
file from McAfee but still have the same issue. however i did check the test email, it went fine.
may i have your help to resolve it.Rakesh Kumar

Hi,
Any changes in the Subscribers properties (Schedule) ? Any events in the Event Viewers?

Hi,
Try to create a new Channel, a new Subscriber and a new Subscription. Is it then the same issue?

Hi Dktoa,
we have 60+ subscriber and subscription in SCOM. only one channel which is SMTP. however it was working fine before but for last two days not working properly. however i used the link
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934756 to test the notification configuration. it went fine and got the email on four different email IDs and DLs. The problem is that email notification comes but between
two notification time difference is 60 min to 90 min.
