Hi, Few days ago, we had restored our content DB and after that run into data mismatch due to that stilll few folks are receiving email alerts to approve the documents though there is no task assigned to their name still getting alerts.Any idea how can we stop these alerts. Regards, ShwetaMe

Hi, These are the overdue alerts even though the article is approved long back by user still they are getting overdue alerts. Actually the whole issue started after restoring the content DB from previous backup. Somehow after some build site did not work as expected hence need to restore the last month backup.after that this issue got started.Me
