Hi All, Can somebody help me. I'm using MOSS 2007. I've created a list with content approval required. After an item is created, user can add an alert by clicking item's context menu and choose Alert Me. Alert will be sent to user email everytime item is changed, approved, or rejected. Everything are working fine. User can receive email notification once there is update on the item, or item has been approved. But if the item is rejected, no email notification sent to user inbox. I've read log file but no usefull information can be taken! Hope someone can help me to solve this issue. Cheers, Nail

Hi Pratik, I've tried your solutions but same result. Re-create the item, makes an alert. Still no email alert comes if items rejected. This issue is not for a specific list, there are two lists having same problem. And I think other lists having same problem also.

Hi Nailul, Could you find any errors in ULS logs(C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\Logs) and event logs? Please wait 5 or more minutes to reject the item after new item is created. Because timer job run every 5 minutes, if you reject the item immediately, the item changed alert would be lost. If you still can’t get the reject alert, and there is no error in logs, please create an approval workflow instead. Best regards, Emir
