Agent which is in different domain which has full trust relationship with the gateway server domain is not communicating with the gateway server. Port 5723 is opened towards the gateway server and I am able to ping d gateway server from the agent. The error
I am getting in event viewer is 20016. Can anyone suggest solution for this?

Hi
Can you confirm what you mean by "full trust relationship"
If this is a 2 way external trust then this does not support kerberos and you need to deploy a certificate to the agent.
If this is a full forest level trust that does support kerberos then check dns settings.
Cheers

Hi,
Please check the Operations Manager Log at the Agent for Errors.
If there are some OpsMgr Connector 20070 Errors you have to Approve the Agent at the OpsMgr Console.
In addition check the Gateway log for Errors.
Do you have any other any other Agent connected to the Gateway?

Mike

There is no 20070 error in the event viewer. Yes there are some agents which are connected to the gateway server and those are being monitored by scom without any issue. We are facing this issue in only few servers.
