hey , every thing is working fine in my scomr2 , suddenly all the agents went grayed , even heartbeat is fail on them and my scom stop sending alerts , i can ping the agents from scom and from agents to scom as well . need help to sort this issue ... Thanks & Regards , Muzammil

Hi This sounds like a problem with the RMS. Can you check the OperationsManager event log on the RMS for errors. You could try a quick \ dirty reset of the RMS by: - Stop System Center Management Service (the HealthService) on the RMS. - Then rename the “\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State” folder. - Then start the System Center Management Service (the HealthService) on the RMS.
