Hello! I have a Meeting workspace with an agenda for a recurring meeting that was created in Outlook 2007. I would like to add a column to the Agenda list that allows for restarting the Agenda Items to number at each instance of the meeting. For example, I can use the ID column, but the IDs are incremented: 1, 2 and 3 in meeting one. 3, 4 and 5 in meeting two, and so on. How do I create a column so when I go to meeting three, the agenda items restart with 1, 2, 3, etc. instead of 6, 7, 8. Thanks!
