Unfortunately, I am still unable to upload anything over the default 50MB level. Do I need to reset IIS (which I think I've already tried)? Reboot the server? Any help is most appreciated!

You shouldn't need to restart the server. What error (if any) are you getting when you try and upload? Have you tried using the upload mulitple files option and only then selected the one file?
