I am getting the below BCS error when I am adding the new server to existing SharePoint 2010 farm as a web server. BCS is configured in separate farm. I am using proxy in the application server.

Logging unknown/unexpected client side exception: ServerTooBusyException. This will cause this application server to be removed from the load balancer queue. And also after adding new server to existing SharePoint farm some of the SharePoint Web Services are missing in IIS.
