After SQL Server Reporting Add-in Install cannot access PWA
Thanks to those who to a look at my question ... I found the problem. The Application Pool for the web site had Network Service set for pool identity. When it was changed to match the original install user PWA came back to life.RRankin

The add-in for SQL Server Reporting was successfully installed and reports can be deployed to non-PWA sites. But PWA cannot be accessed, "Unexpected error has occurred."
