Advertisement Status lost after advertisement was deleted/recreated
A while ago (mid august), I noticed that an admin deleted an advertisement (linked to a TS) by mistake. So I recreated it again with the same name (as this name was already used in documentation for helpdesk people) when now I check the advertisement status, I do not see any new messages since the delete/recreation of the advertisment. I can check all other advertisement statusses without problems, but since this one is related to a task sequence, would like to get the latest available data again also. Consulting the status of this advertisement via the builtin report produces the same result, so no updated information since mid august what can I do to get the latest information back for this one particular advertisment/task sequence?

It's not the advertisement name that matters, but the advertisement ID. So the information about the deleted advertisement is lost. You could have a look at the database backup (if it's still available) to get the latest numbers. You would have to add them to the status of the current advertisement then.Torsten Meringer | http://www.mssccmfaq.de

I had consulted both reports status of a specific advertisment and status summary of a specific task advertisment, all they do is display me information before mid august ... the DB show the correct (the actual) advert id

Delete an advertisement; create a new advertisement with the same name; they are NOT the same advertisement. SCCM cares little about the human-readable attributes of objects. Nick.
