Advantage of ADO.net destination over OLEDB destination SSIS?
i am trying to load data from text file to sql server table.
what is the pros and cons of using ado.net DF destination over oledb DF destination?

I don't see any pro.
.net Destination is good, if the destination is for example an ODBC-Destination.
For SQL Server as a Destination I always suggest OleDB Destination.

No Advantage! Always use OLE DB Destination, it's safer.http://thebipalace.wordpress.com
