With the new vulnerability issued, I am trying to deploy Flash 18.0.0.194 to Win 8.1 Pcs. The offline installer works great on Win 7 but gives an error on 8.1.  Anyone know where I can get the version for 8.1, or at least how to install it?

The error I get is: ERROR 1722.  THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS WINDOWS INSTALLER PACKAGE.  A PROGRAM RUN AS PART OF THE SETUP DID NOT FINISH AS EXPECTED.  CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT PERSONNEL OR PACKAGE VENDOR ACTION NEWCUSTOMACTION1, LOCATION: C:\USERS\...\INSTALLAX_18_0_0_194.EXE, COMMAND: -INSTALL -MSI

Flashplayer for Windows 8.1 is released to WSUS. Go download, distribute, deploy.

Adobe Flash updates for Windows 8 and 8.1 are released by Microsoft as updates as others have mentioned already. There are a number of ways you can deploy these updates.

1. Download them directly and apply using a Configuration Manager Package with a script type program to install them.

2. Use an existing WSUS instance

3. Use Software Updates in Configuration Manager
