Administrator Reset password failing on limited number of user accounts
When an administrator tries to reset the password on a limited number of accounts an error message is thrown.
I have tested other accounts and the same process works sometimes, but not for others.

What can I do to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

Can you have a look at the domain drop down in the users account properties and ensure its populated?
