Adding a web page using Sharepoint commands
I was recently made aware that one could add a web page or file to a site by using a series of Sharepoint commands. I have a
cache problem that I'm trying to resolve, so adding a page through Sharepoint and manually editing will help determine whether or not the Sharepoint database is the problem.
If anyone could post how to create a Sharepoint web page, in a currently existing site, using Sharepoint commands that would be very helpful and if I'm completely mistaken please let me know! Thanks!

What kind of SP "commands" did you have in mind for this?
My guess is that you mean something like stsadm rather than (VS) Programming and in that case this post was sent to the wrong forum.

Yes, I was talking about an alleged stsadm approach. Should this fall under -SharePoint - Setup, Upgrade, Administration and Operation (pre-SharePoint 2010)?

Yes, but you don't need to do anything I'll just move it there.
