How do i add a group to a 'New Role Assignment' that has spaces? I am able to add 'Executive' , but not 'Managers and Supervisors'

Hi SBolton, We have groups as well as individuals like:- RCA\P - DISP_BW Report -------->>> AD group RCA\kg1 ----------->>> individual We normally add as:- Domain-Name/Individual-Name( OR Active Directory group-name ) Everything works for us perfectly. Yes I can add individual users such as rbi/sbolton rbi/jsmith I can also add AD groups rbi/accounting rbi/Exectuive I can not add an AD group name with spaces rbi/Managers and Supervisors My goal is to add all the managers and supervisors so i do not have to go in and individual add each one, It seems that the problem is with the spaces in the AD group name

Hi SBolton, From my testing, the group name can contain spaces. Please ensure that the group or user name must be a valid Windows domain account(Please note the number of spaces), and enter the account in this format:<domain>\account. Personally, you can try to create other windows group such as “Test and Test”. And then, use “New role assignment” page of the Report Manager to assign permissions for the new group. Hope this helps.
