Adding a blank update section to an Infopath form

I have an InfoPath form setup to point to a form library in SharePoint and it does everything I need it to. The user will enter the information, click submit, then there is an option to modify or complete the form once the process is done. If they click on the modify option button, then the modify section comes up.  they fill in the new information and click submit and it gives the person's name and time stamp to the modification.

The question I have, is there a way to have a modify button that when clicked it brings up the modify section again, only with the fields blank so the user can fill in information and it gets a new time stamp.  I think I can do it with setting up 10 to 15 new sections on the form, but I would like to setup one section, then every time a user needs to modify the form, it pulls the section without information to the front.

I hope I am explaining this correctly.  If you have questions, please let me know.  thanks.

Hi JasonHopp,

I am not very understanding of you.

What section do you mean in the case?

Besides, I would like to collect some screenshots about the situation(time stamp).

Besides, the following article about InfoPath button for your reference:
