Adding Titles/Headers to Survey Sections?
When using the OOTB survey web part, is it possible to add a header/title to the top of each survey page? That is, if my survey appears on multiple screens either because I added page seperators or used branching logic, can I add some line of text at the top of those screens to help categorize the questions? Even better would be if that header/title/category name would also appear when exporting the results to Excel. I'm sure this could be done through developing a custom web part in VS, but want to first explore other options first. Thanks in advance.

About the only thing you can do is edit that aspx page. You should be able to edit the page via the SharePoint interface or through SharePoint Designer. As far as having different headers for different pages, you are kind of out of luck on that (at least as far as I know). Hope that helps, SharePointNinja

So it looks like when a user responds to the survey, the page presented is coming from the NewForm.aspx template. The browser doesn't offer the "Edit Page" link within Site Actions in this case and SharePoint Designer only provides access to the templated NewForm.aspx (even when first navigating to the specific survey). Bummer.
