Adding FBA accounts directly to site permissions
I've setup FBA for our Extranet and am ready to add accounts to the relevant sites in the customers area. We have far too many potential customers to warrant creating groups for each so I was looking to just add the individual FBA users to the sites and lists that they need to see directly. I only seem able to add them to an existing group. This won't work as different accounts need access to different sites and lists. Any ideas? Is this common behaviour or am I missing something? N03L.

If you feel like the existing group is not enough, you could create new groups and then add the FBA users to the groups. About different sites and list, try to use unque permission on them to achieve your goal.Sincerely, Lambert Qin Posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
