Adding Access Services Database/Adding Access Apps

Hey friends on Microsoft forums,

I've been trying to set up a Sharepoint Trial on Microsoft Azure for a few weeks now, and have been having problems with Access Apps.  I read this whitepaper: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/JJ714714.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 and got all the way until the bit where I'm supposed to "Set a new application database server" and now I'm getting an error when I try to do that.  I fill in the server name in "Add a new database" for Access Services and it says something like "Error Sequence contains more than one matching element".  I get that that means that the database is returning two or more records for something where it should only return one, but I have no idea for what.  I looked at the correlation logs (I can post later, I shut down the server today) and I can see that it's checking if I have securityadmin (I do) and then it sort of fails.

Any help would be appreciated with that subject, and on another note I tried adding an access app anyways just to see what would happen, and it sort of worked but I can't get it through the domain.  So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to configure the domain, because all the servers are basically under the "contoso" domain via Microsoft, but when I configure my app url domain (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/fp161236%28office.15%29.aspx) I use contoso and it messes things up.  So the app created (with a database error, because of above) but if I click it, I'm redirected to apps.contoso.com, which I obviously don't own.  I tried doing app url configuration in SP to apps.(sp name).cloudapp.net, but "server could not be found."

Help on either would be greatly appreciated, doesn't have to be immediate, have a great weekend everyone!
