Hello,

I have a requirement to set Description values for our cube dimensions and attributes. 

I've done this for regular dimensions but I cant seem to find a way for role playing dimensions. I can set the base dimension descriptions but not the 'clones'. Is this possible?

According to your description, you want to set description, property for role playing attributes. Right?

In Analysis Services, for recycling dimensions, we create role playing dimension in cube dimension. These are logical dimensions. They are not real physical database dimension . So the dimension properties can't be applied on role playing dimensions. We can only custom some attributes name to make different with the base dimension.
