I have one of my site collection growing out of proportion and I would like to know if there was a awy of adding an additional DB to the site collection to accomodate the growth. Thank youStech

Hi, It is not possible to associate multiple content databases with a site collection. But you can add additional databases to a web application. After you add a new content database to a web application and set the old content database status to offline, any new site collections will be created in the new content database.
