I have a site collection where I've enabled the SharePoint Server Publishing feature.

When I click the Actions > Add Page I now sometimes get the option to create a Wiki page (in the Site Pages library) and sometimes it just defaults to the Publishing Page (in the Pages library). I've not been able to determine why it sometimes does one or the other. Possibly has to do with the source url but with the same url, another user always gets the Publishing Page. (I know, not very useful to determine the problem)

Currently, my preferred option would be to have it default to a Wiki page but I'm not sure how to accomplish that. I've gone and disabled the feature (bad idea) and had to resort to PowerShell disable and enable script to have the site work again. So I'd like to see if there's any way to set the preference to Wiki.

There's always the option to just navigate to the Site Pages library and create a new page there, but I'd like to have it work from the site actions.
