Add-in and Outlook 2010
Can add-ins be installed with Outlook 2010?
I read this:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ilm2/thread/7a6fa67f-292e-4672-a112-281195a7ee13 and this
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff512684%28WS.10%29.aspx and saw that it isn't officially supported.

FIM Add-in for Outlook:
Supported: Office 2007 SP2, 32-bit
Not Supported, but works (probably): Office 2010, 32-bit
Does not work: Office 2010, 64-bit
This comes from a FIM Webcast (talking about FIM RTM)http://setspn.blogspot.com

Thomas is correct.
"While no official declaration of support for using the FIM Outlook Add-in with Outlook 2010 exists,
it does work, but only for the 32-bit version. We suspect that support will be forthcoming with an upcoming update or Feature Pack (or whatever it is called – FIM 2010 R2 anyone?)."
"Don’t worry about installing “Smart Tag .NET Programmability Support,” as part of Outlook 2010 because it isn’t there. However,
this sub feature is a must for Outlook 2007." -- FIM Best Practices Volume 1 chapter 6 page 128
But you do need:
microsoft forms 2.0 .net programability support
